Day 5: Taipei, Taiwan

Since Jinha left on this afternoon we woke up early and ate breakfast in order to get up to see the Wulai Waterfall and ride in the cable car. It felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. It was so beautiful and luckily, perhaps because of the rainy weather, we were just about the only ones up there. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. We had a really nice time.
After the waterfall, I took Jinha to the airport to drop him off. I got the bus back into town and switched over to my hostel, Flip Flop Hostel. It’s right in the center of town and super cute. Unfortunately, last night it didn’t live up to it’s high score on Hostel World. I was up half the night because of noise. It was endless. I even took a sleeping pill. And my stupid roommate just left my door wide open this morning after she spent most the night going in and out of the room, turning on the lights and leaving. I hope tonight is better :)
